Getting started with Mnueron Meet

Five steps to go from zero to a populated project dashboard with auto-extracted decisions, action items, and ticket references.

1. Connect a meeting source

Open /dashboard/integrations/meet. Connect Granola (paste an API key), set up an email-forward address, or use the manual upload path. See Granola setup for that flow.

2. Run your first sync

Click Sync now on the Granola source. We pull notes via the Granola REST API, every 10 minutes by default once Vercel cron picks up the schedule. The first sync may take 30 seconds; subsequent syncs only fetch new notes since the last successful run.

3. Create a project

Go to /dashboard/projectsNew project. Name it after the initiative or client (e.g. "Claims 8.0 Upgrade" with client "Acme Insurance"). Pick a color so it's easy to spot in the meetings list.

4. Confirm auto-assignments

When new meetings sync, Mnueron picks the most likely project based on the title, attendees, and any rules you've pinned. Look for the amber "Auto-assigned to X — confirm?" banner on each new meeting. Click Keep to accept, Move to file it elsewhere, or Always for this pattern to teach the classifier — future similar meetings skip the LLM entirely.

5. Open the project dashboard

Click any project card in /dashboard/projects to see the meetings, open action items, and decisions made — all scoped to that initiative. The AI Summary card (per meeting, with Regenerate button) and the Bring-Your-Own-Key hub at /account-settings/keys ship today. Project-scoped chat is the next slice.
