Shared team workspaces
Pin memories to org-wide or team-scoped namespaces. Teammates can recall what you saved without you re-sharing it. Namespaces define the boundary, RBAC enforces it.
Role-based access control
Owner, Admin, Compliance Officer, Team Lead, Member. Each role has scoped permissions. Members never see admin actions; admins never see private content without an audit trail.
Audit log
Every save, recall, export, share, delete, and admin view emits a row in our append-only audit table. Searchable and exportable as CSV from /dashboard/audit. (SOC 2 Type II audit in progress; not yet certified.)
Retention policies
Per-namespace expiration ("team:eng/private" expires after 90 days). Per-classification retention. Legal hold workflow for investigations.

FAQ
Is the $49 truly flat regardless of team size?
Yes. 5 people or 50 — same price. No per-seat upcharge. We bet team-level pricing is healthier than seat-based for memory products because larger teams produce more memory value per dollar of infrastructure.
What's the difference between Team and Enterprise?
Team is self-serve, hosted multi-tenant on mnueron infrastructure. Enterprise adds: SAML SSO + SCIM (also available on Business), on-prem deployment option, dedicated support, custom retention, customer-managed encryption keys, and a procurement-friendly contract. HIPAA BAA is on the Enterprise roadmap — contact sales for current status.
How does role-based access work?
Today: owner, admin, member. Owner manages billing and can delete the org; admin manages members and integrations; member is the IC default. A five-role model (adding Compliance Officer + Team Lead) and per-namespace policies are on the Business+ roadmap.
Audit log retention?
Unlimited by default — we don't prune yet. Tiered retention policies (90 days / 1 year / 7 years) are on the Business+ roadmap. Export to CSV anytime from /dashboard/audit.
Can I trial Team?
Yes — for the first 30 days you can downgrade to Basic and get a pro-rated refund of the unused portion. No risk if your team doesn't end up using it.
